Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the session time.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session forfeit the fee.

Cancellations within 24–72 hours are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled within 60 days, based on availability.

Cancellations made 72+ hours prior to your session are eligible for a refund less a $44 processing fee, or may be rescheduled.
